Entrepreneurs 2000 REDA Inc. (E2000) is the Regional Economic Development Authority for the Rosetown region. The REDA is dedicated to developing economic opportunities based on the region's strengths and resources, assisting to build a strong economic base for the rural region of Rosetown. The knowledgeable and experienced staff of Entrepreneurs 2000 will help individuals develop and commercialize their ideas, plan for success, develop strategies on how to start and grow their businesses, and implement their plan. E2000 provides the resources and tools, and assists in creating an environment for community economic development to occur.

E2000 works with businesses, individuals, community groups and municipal government by providing the following seven core services:

1. Coordination Services

The REDA works with clients and organizations in coordinating economic development initiatives. They also co-ordinate and administer the activities of several community organizations.

2. Organization Development and Planning Services

Assistance and guidance is provided to clients interested in establishing, incorporating, developing, or expanding their business. The REDA continues to provide clients with business planning and strategic planning services.

3. Education and Training Services

As business training specialists, the REDA continues to develop specific training programs related to establishing a new business, starting a home-based business, purchasing a franchise, writing a business plan, establishing a bookkeeping system, creating and analyzing financial statements, and other programs as required by clients.

4. Information Services

The REDA responds to requests for information regarding the process of starting a business, writing a business plan, incorporating a business, forms of business organizations, identifying potential business locations, accessing loan programs and other requests for information as needed.

5. Research and Development Services

The staff has the ability to conduct feasibility and viability studies for clients, to provide research on specific industries, markets, products, and consumers, and to develop economic impact studies.

6. Promotion and Marketing Services

The staff has the ability to assist businesses in creating promotional materials, and providing guidance related to the successful distribution of products and services. The REDA also identifies and promotes potential diversification and value-added opportunities in the region.

7. Local Initiative and Project Management Services

The REDA works with large-scale economic development initiatives from the inception stage through to completion. These projects can be short-term in nature, but are usually long-term, large-scale, in-depth projects that if successfully implemented will create substantial economic benefits for the REDA region.
