The Rosetown Small Business Loans Association (SBLA) consists of two SBLA programs - Rosetown Rural Development Corporation SBLA and Rosetown Chamber of Commerce SBLA.  The SBLA programs provide loans up to $15,000 for entrepreneurs who have difficulty receiving loans from a financial institution.  These loans are available for exisitng and new business owners in the Rosetown region. 

SBLA loans can be used to purchase assets like equipment, upgrade your computer system, purchase a business, conduct renovations, or assist with the addition of product lines and much more.

Loans are up to $15,000 and are repayable over five years with a 6% interest rate. To be considered for a loan, you must submit a completed application form, business plan, and signed demand promissory note and general security agreement along with the $60.00 administrative fee.
