Both the Heartland Health Regional Office and the Sun West School Division Office are located in Rosetown. Being at a central location provides easier access to the communities within the school and health divisions. The Entrepreneurs 2000 REDA office is also in Rosetown as a central access point for businesses and individuals to utilize their services.

Other services include the Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Administration (PFRA) and Farm Credit Canada (FCC). PFRA assists communities, individuals and companies conserve, develop and manage water, soils, plants and animals, and provide technical assistance to clients on agricultural issues.
