Roseview and Rosewood Apartments

Roseview and Rosewood Apartments are located on 6th Street East near the new housing development area of Rosetown. There are 12 units per building; one bedroom units (1), and two bedroom units (11), each equipped with a fridge and stove. Coin laundry is available for all residents in a common laundry room. Rosetown Housing Authority

The Rosetown Housing Authority administers both social and affordable housing. Low-income families/individuals can find affordable housing through the Rosetown Housing Authority and families/individuals who prefer to rent rather than own can find comfort in a duplex or townhouse.

Social Housing (Rent Based on Income)

The social housing units are three bedroom houses from 800 to 1000 square feet in size and one bedroom senior housing. The rent is based on a percentage of the household's total monthly income as defined in the Graduated Rent Scale.

Affordable Housing (Market Rent)

Affordable Housing includes two and three bedroom townhouses and duplexes. They are based on "market rent" rather than a person's income.
