Water and Sewer

Water and sewer is issued from the Town of Rosetown. When acquiring a residence in town there is a $100 deposit for accessing water service ($200 for rental property).

This deposit will move with you if you are relocating within town. If you move outside of town the deposit is applied to your account and the remainder is refunded.

Water and sewer service costs a minimum of $43.50/month. The following break down is based on monthly rates, however billing is bi-monthly.

The Town of Rosetown sources water from the Rosetown Aquifer and is treated using an Electro-Dialysis Reveral (EDR) system.
