Not including the two towns, the RM of St. Andrews has a population of 574. The taxable assessment for the municipality is over $84.1 million. The Municipality encompass over 205,000 cultivated acres of productive heavy clay soil. Because of the highly productive land the RM of St. Andrews is home to two grain terminals and two commercial seed cleaning plants. Many specialty crops are grown in the fields of St. Andrews including mustard, lentils, canary seed and peas. The RM of St. Andrews elects a Reeve and six Councillors as the governing body for the municipality. The Council meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

RM of Pleasant Valley No. 288The RM of Pleasant Valley is located west of the Town of Rosetown. Incorporated in 1911, Pleasant Valley is home to the organized hamlet of Fiske and the hamlets of McGee and Anglia. There is a population of 379 in the RM of Pleasant Valley and a taxable assessment of over $30.9 million. The major farming industry includes cattle ranching, game farming, and production of grain and special crops. The RM of Pleasant Valley elects a Reeve and six Councillors as the governing body for the municipality. The Council meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month.
RM of Marriott No. 317The R.M. of Marriott is located north of the Town of Rosetown. Incorporated in 1910, the RM of Marriott is now home to a population of 446 and a taxable assessment of over $34.1 million. The main farming industry consists of a mixture of grain and cattle. The RM of Marriott elects a Reeve and six Councillors as the governing body for the municipality. The Council meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
