The COVID-19 outbreak is a challenge to public health in our hometowns.

Social distancing measures are a way to minimize COVID-19 transmission in our community - this means minimizing close contact with others. As of March 16, Saskatchewan’s Chief Medical Health Officer has ordered that:

no events of more than 50 people with speakers or attendees who have travelled internationally in the last 14 days take place.

This is in addition to the Chief Medical Health Officer’s order that:

no public gathering of more than 250 people in any one room take place.

The Town of Rosetown Council has determined that during the COVID-19 crisis that all Town Facilities are closed regarding any and all public function.

The following Town Facilities are closed, effective immediately:

Elks Hall, Rosetown Civic Centre, AGT Centre, Curling Rink

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our community healthy. We are constantly monitoring the situation and are making adjustments to our operations accordingly. We will update you as the situation changes.

Wishing you all good health,

Town of Rosetown Council
