he Town Office mails Notices of Assessment to property owners whenever a change is made. Property assessments can also be viewed online at any time on the SAMA website: http://www.samaview.ca/sama
The penalty charge for taxes in arrears is a 1% penalty to all outstanding taxes as of July 1 and each month after that.
You can pay your taxes in person by cash, cheque or debit at the Town Office, located at 417 Main Street, or through most financial institutions.
