Recreation
Rosetown is located in the Rivers West District for Sport, Culture and Recreation. The Rivers West District was formed in 2009 through the amalgamation of the Zone 7 Sports Council; Wild Goose Recreation Association (WGRA); Battlefords Regional Recreation Association (BRRA) and the Rivers Junction Recreation Association (RJRA). This amalgamation was part of a provincial Building Better Communities process.
