The Town of Rosetown is pleased to announce the Orange Memories Care Home Inc. management will be governed by a local Management Board, effective May 26, 2019.
To ensure that everything is in place the Town of Rosetown has adopted Bylaw No. 806-19 to establish the Orange Memories Care Home Management Board. This Management Board has seven (7) members made up as follows:
- Five (5) members of the Council of the Town of Rosetown
- Two (2) members at large, preference will be given to Family Members of Orange Memories residents.
Also; the Orange Memories Manager and the Town of Rosetown CAO are appointed as officers.
The Orange Memories Management Board will meet monthly and will be responsible to:
- Prepare policy and procedures
- Review operations
- Be financially responsible (establish Budget, review monthly financial)
- Provide direction to the Orange Memories Manager
- Operate within the License to Operate Orange Memories & Bylaw No. 806-19
- Conduct the business of Orange Memories within the Orange Memories Personal Care Home Management Board Procedure Bylaw
The Town of Rosetown is presently looking for individuals that are interested in holding a seat on the newly established Orange Memories Management Board as a member at large.
