TOWN OF ROSETOWN
MUNICIPAL ELECTION PROTOCOL
Due to COVID-19 the following protocols will need to be followed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone coming to vote in the Town of Rosetown Municipal Election.
These protocols will be in place for the advance poll(s) and the November 9 General Election.
- We will be following the Government of Saskatchewan guidelines regarding the number of individuals that are permitted to be within the Elks Hall at any one time. The number of individuals that are permitted is 30. This number includes the election officials, therefore; we will only be permitting 20 voters within the Elks Hall at any one time.
- We will attempt to maintain social distancing within the Elks Hall. MASKS are not mandatory if we can maintain social distancing. If we are unable to maintain the social distancing MASKS will be required.
- Enter at the main doors of the Elks Hall and exit at the side door.
- Sanitize upon entering and exiting the Elks Hall.
- Social Distance will be marked throughout the Elks Hall.
- Refrain from entering the Elks Hall, if asked. You may wait in your vehicles and an Election Official will wave you in when we have capacity available.
- Please alert the Election Official at the door to the Polling area if you:
- Have been out of the province or country in the past 14 days.
- Are experiencing flu like symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, upset stomach)
- Have been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19.
- Have been in contact with some that has been out of the province or country in the past 14 days.
