Dear parents of children aged 0-5 years living in Saskatchewan,
You are invited to participate in a parent and caregiver survey with the Saskatchewan Health Authority and the University of Saskatchewan.
Our research group would like your input regarding the types of health information and resources parents of young children want, and how they want to access it. This information will help public health professionals improve your access to health information.
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.

The survey closes on February 19, 2020. It is anonymous and your answers will be kept confidential. If you choose to participate in the survey, you will have an option to enter a random draw for a $50 gift card to a local grocery store.
This project is approved by the Saskatchewan Health Authority Research Ethics Board.
