NOTICE OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AND BOARD OF REVISION SITTING TO BE PUBLISHED PURSUANT TO SUBSECTION 33(2) OF THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS ACT, 1993

Notice is given that:
- The council of the Town of Rosetown has prepared a special assessment roll for the following local improvements:

and proposes to levy a part of the cost of this local improvement against the lands which benefited.
- The special assessment roll is open for inspection at the office of the assessor of the municipality during regular hours until Five o'clock p.m., on the 19th day of November, 2021, at 417 Main Street Rosetown, Saskatchewan.
- Any person who desires to appeal a proposed special assessment must submit an appeal in writing, stating the grounds of the appeal, at the office of the assessor during regular office hours not later than Five o'clock p.m., on the 19th day of November, 2021, at 417 Main Street Rosetown, Saskatchewan.
- The Board of Revision will sit to hear any appeals of proposed special assessments received by the time and date indicated above at Six o'clock p.m., on the 24th day of November, 2021, at the town office located at 417 Main Street Rosetown, Saskatchewan.
