The Town of Rosetown is pleased to announce the release of Rosetown’s 2019-2022 Strategic Plan.
After months consulting with residents through community outreach, as well as time spent working with a planning consultant, Council and Management staff, the plan is now complete. Thanks to all those who participated in our Community Visioning Forum, outreach events, survey, and focus groups. Your feedback was invaluable to the process.
The Town of Rosetown strategic plan receives an update every four years. The 2019-2022 plan builds upon plans from previous years and is a key part of a community’s strategy, along with other elements it is linked to including Asset Management, Governance, and the Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw.
All members of the Rosetown community are encouraged to review the Executive Summary for a high-level picture of Council’s goals, and Town mission, vision, and values for. Yearly action plans with specific and measurable targets will be carried out by Management staff and their respective Committees of Council. The Town of Rosetown is working on a 10-year Rolling Plan for Capital investments.
