At the May Town Council meeting, Council approved an Infill Residential Construction Policy to encourage investment in residential construction for the purposes of economic development and to maximize and improve vacant and underutilized lots.
Through this tiered tax incentive policy, we hope to encourage the rejuvenation of existing neighborhoods to support community growth, while minimizing the impact on Town infrastructure.
