The Rose Walking Trail

The Rose Trail

The Rose Trail is a year-round, multi-use trail that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels. This trail offers the citizens of Rosetown and tourists a safe and secure designated area to walk, jog or cycle their way towards a healthier lifestyle. Communities in Bloom formed a Trail Committee in March 2002 and then the Town of Rosetown took over care and maintenance once the trail was complete. The Rose Trail is approximately 6.0 kilometers in length.

Heritage Trail

Phase I of the trail is now complete. It begins at the Museum and ends at the Prairie View Campground on Marshall Avenue. The Rose Trail Committee has planted a flower bed at the beginning of the Trail in co-operation with the Museum Committee. A memorial bench was donated and has been placed at the beginning of the Trail. An arch was constructed by the Rosetown Hutterite Colony to mark the entrance to the trail.
