Rosetown Kid Kare Inc. is a non-profit, licensed childcare center with 63 spaces. The staff are well-trained in Early Childhood Education to provide quality care for your child or children. To register your child, you can request an information package. Their staff offer tours of the facility, located at 1005 Main Street in the Rosetown and District Civic Centre.
They accept children from the age of 6 weeks to the age of 12 years old. Casual children and drop-ins are welcome, however 24 hours advanced notice is preferred. They offer many activities for the children to partake in following the Play and Exploration concept, such as art, cooking, building, dramatic play, playing in the gym and the outdoor playground, and walks in the park. Children are also provided with a nutritional lunch and two snacks each day to increase energy and health.
Throughout the summer months, beginning of July to the end of August, a Summer Program is available for children 6 - 12 years of age (6-year-olds must be entering grade one in the fall). They take children on many excursions including swimming and bowling. Children may also go on bike rides or participate in field trip(s).
