The Youth Building was opened in 2016. It is home to the Rosetown Youth Drop-in Centre on Friday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Children and youth, ranging from 10 and 16 years of age, can take advantage of board and card games, a Foosball table, workout station, gaming consoles (PlayStation, Wii, Xbox), a pool table, and arts and crafts. The Centre is operated by community volunteers on a drop-in basis and is supported by the Ministry of Social Services.
The Youth Building is also available for rent.
